PORTRAIT, WEDDING, FAMILY & BRAND PHOTOGRAPHER

Based in Herefordshire

My Journey

I live in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside, on the farm where I grew up.

I’m an arty heart, creative soul who’s bamboozled by how crazy beautiful the world is.

Photography has remained a constant in my life since falling in love with taking portraits of my friends when I was a teenager.

There’s a feeling I get when I take a beautiful image that just floods me with awe for the beauty of the world, the humans in it, the tiny intricate details of flowers, or the way light falls and just creates perfection.

That feeling has stayed with me, and it’s what i’m always communicating through my work.

I studied Fashion Photography at University, driven by that desire to capture beauty, but my introverted heart didn’t last long there!

An opportunity to work at Superdry came my way, and thats where I spent 6 years working full time as a photographer. It gave me a solid foundation, taught me a lot and introduced me to the industry and lovely connections who are still in my life today.

My next adventure took me to Bali, where I completed my 200 hour yoga training. I dived deep into yoga, philosophy and the mysteries of the universe.✨

When I returned home, I realised I couldn’t quite squeeze myself back into where I left. I needed to take better care of myself, and more time to be creative and free.

Stepping into a more embodied, intuitive way of working has become the natural thread through both my yoga and photography, supporting people to feel at ease in their bodies and at home within themselves.

Teaching yoga is one of the most expansive and transformative experiences of my life. It stretches me beyond my comfort zone and shapes me deeply.

Over time, I can see how connected photography and are. Both invite presence, sensitivity and call me back to that child like wonder.

I work with a sense of creative freedom and intention. I photograph brands, weddings, families and individuals, while continuing to grow my yoga practice and offerings both of which are integral to my work.

That feeling of awe I described above, is still what guides me through everything I do today. The intelligence of the body, light, emotion, and the intricate beauty of what it means to be human.

My approach as your photographer

My priority is always to create a space that feels calm, unforced and relaxed.

I work intuitively, allowing things to unfold rather than directing every moment. You don’t need to know how to pose, feel confident, or be “good” in front of the camera (most people I work with don’t.) I’ll gently guide you when needed, leaving plenty of room for you to be yourself.

Influenced by both my photography background and my yoga practice, I’m attentive to the body, breath and nervous system. I move at a pace that allows people to soften, settle and feel at ease, which is where the most honest and meaningful images tend to emerge.

I’m drawn to natural light, simple compoitions and quiet moments, the in-between gestures, subtle connections, and details that go unnoticed. My aim is not perfection, but presence: images that feel real, grounded and true to you.

I see photography as a collaborative experience built on a genuine connection with the people I photograph.
